1. Align and set posts 2. Attach brackets to posts

3. Place a single rail (A) on a non-abrasive surface and slide each picket (C) through until locked in to place.
 4. Only lock in the first picket to another rail (A). Line up the rest of the pickets and press together to complete the panel.

5. Secure the panel with the rail bolts. 6. Raise the completed panel and align it with the brackets that are located on the post.
